Tip of the Week

Here is one of my tips on how to make going to school easier for children with arthritis. Talk to the child`s teacher or principal about getting the child two sets of school books. Instead of the child carrying the books back and forth, keep one set of books at home and have another at school. This will make the load less and keep strain of the child`s joints.
