Tip of the Week

When buying shoes go for what is comfortable, not for the shoes that just look good. It is important that people with arthritis wear the right kind of shoe, which is a shoe that is comfortable and easy to move in. Always look for flexible, supportive shoes that have a rounded or squared toe. That will provide room for your toes to move around. With summer here you need to be able to get around comfortably. Wearing the right shoes can make all the difference.
